I worked as a lawyer in both private practice and as in-house counsel for over 15 years, specialising in commercial contracts, corporate transactions and intellectual property.

 

During my career I have advised business owners and companies on all aspects of their business requirements with a view to minimizing their exposure to risk.

 

While working as in house counsel I reported directly to the board of directors and successfully negotiated the terms of contracts with a value to the company of over $50m, and reviewed and amended all policy documents across the group.

 

Before I moved in house I worked in the corporate team at a well respected private practice for 10 years, during which time I advised a number of national and international companies in relation to a number of business agreements ranging from supply agreements, Intellectual Property licences and distribution agreements to business acquisitions.

I formed NVT Consulting in 2017 to provide affordable expert advice to businesses operating in the UK. I appreciate the need for certainty and am happy to work with you on agreeing a fixed fee for my services.
